The
primary duty of the Zoning Board of Appeals is to authorize, upon appeal in
specific cased, variances from the terms of the zoning ordinance or development
regulations. The board consists of five members who are residents of the Town of
Braselton and are appointed by the Mayor and Town Council. The term of office
of each member is two years or thereafter until a successor is appointed.
Meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of the month at 7pm.
Meetings are also scheduled on an as needed basis.
