The following information and forms are provided for your use:

Applications for new business licenses are available at the Braselton Town Hall or can be downloaded and printed from the link below.  The application must be completed in its entirety.  You may pay at the time of submittal, or you will be billed. The license will be mailed to you after all processing has been completed.  This typically takes two working days. No business may operate until the license has been received and it is displayed in the place of business.

The tax is determined by the number of employees.  The following is the rate schedule for the number of employees.
