These Development Regulations include the Zoning Ordinance, Sign Ordinance, Architectural and Design Standards, Subdivision Regulations, Road and Street construction standards, Site Development Permitting and Plan Review Process, and all other regulations pertaining to Site Development excluding Building Codes and Permitting  and the Water and Sewer Specifications and Details.
