Once this project is complete, you will be able to access these documents via this web site. Some of these Documents are now available and are listed below as active links. These Development Regulations include the Zoning Ordinance, Sign Ordinance, Architectural and Design Standards, Subdivision Regulations, Road and Street construction standards, Site Development Permitting and Plan Review Process, and all other regulations pertaining to Site Development excluding Building Codes and Permitting and the Water and Sewer Specifications and Details.
